For the first project, we were required to form a group of 4 and come out with a business plan of a chosen business of our choice. This assignment allowed us to have a better understanding of a business. Our presentation focused on the internal & external factors that affect a business operation, the goals & functions of a business and description & analyzing of the theories of human resources management, marketing, production & finance applications.
My group members were Alia, Hazel and Syasya. We brainstormed and decided to create a business in the confectionery industry. We named it - Yummy Nummies.

Reflection
This project requires a lot of systematically and logically thinking skills. Although I am not really good at that but I still managed to complete this task.
Throughout this project, I'd learned to think logically and creative when composing a business plan for a new business in every industry. Also, researching on the different types of markets and strategies are very important before starting a business as business is a very competitive field.
Besides brainstorming, I'd learned the most from investigating and researching. I am able to understand the professional practice within this field and acknowledged about the different types of strategies, steps of starting up a business, funding, etc. I'd also learned that communication is very important, especially among group members so that we could know what's going on and keep everything on track.
Project 02 Charity Drive
For this final project, we were required to form a group of 5 (Max). My group consisted of Ben (L), Bridget (Acc), me, Azreen and Nadhirah.
For one week, we would need to earn a certain amount of profit. We sold cactus, carnations ( during Mother's Day), onigiri, temporary tattoos and body scan analysis ( service) during that week. All of the profits and sponsorship earned during the charity drive would be donated to a charity organization of our choice.
As for our group, we approached World Vision Malaysia. World Vision Malaysia is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. It is inspired by Christian values and is dedicated to working with the world's most vulnerable people.
The money donated by us would go to the Together for Every Child Fund that provide children in third world countries with clean water, health services and education.
Besides that, we were also required to produce a video and report about the Charity Drive after the event ended.
I was in-charged of the posters and other related matters. I am also responsible in contacting the cactus suppliers.

Reflection
Throughout this project, besides learning to have patience and think creatively/ outside the box to attract customers, I'd also obtained experience about starting up a small business. From the planning and items choosing to advertising, the posters, decorations, strategies to attract customers, etc, I'd learned a lot of how hard it is to maintain a business.
I personally think that this Charity Drive is an awesome event as we're able to learned about how businesses work and at the same time helping people in need. I'm glad that we're able to lend out a helping hand by raising funds to help them.
Besides that, in order for all of this to carry out successfully, teamwork is crucial. Each and everyone of us had important roles. I'm thankful that my team were able to cooperate with each other and we were able to reach the target. Also, with the use of technology we were able to create posters, advertise and film down the process of this charity drive.
